Flex Time Agreement Sample
Staff and the head of division fill out a form for flexible work agreements. Changes in the order of work cannot be made without prior discussion and revision of the agreement. For the staff represented, the senior/division head requests the verification and approval of the proposed agreement from a staff member/labour relations specialist to ensure compliance with UC/Union collective agreements and/or the Fair Labour Standards Act. The worker must work on the agreed schedules and obtain the agreement of the supervisor/head of department before overtime work. I have read and understood this agreement and all its provisions. By signing below, I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the application is initiated by the employer, the worker must be formally informed and sign the agreement with the other parties. Flextime is an agreement that allows an employee to change the start and/or end time of their work day. Staff always work the same number of scheduled hours as they do on a traditional schedule. This agreement is applicable from [date] and remains in effect indefinitely, unless amended or terminated by [the company name] or the employee. If the company or employee intends to terminate this contract, a written termination is to stagnate for at least four weeks. In the event of an emergency in the workplace, this agreement may be suspended immediately and indefinitely.
This agreement may be reviewed at any time if requested by one of the parties. Supervisory authorities and/or unit/division heads are empowered to approve flexible scheduling agreements. Business needs, personnel models, spatial considerations, and health and safety issues may exclude the granting of a flexible schedule request. Flextime does not reduce the total number of hours worked in a given week. Basic hours are usually required when all employees must be in the workplace. The base period may vary depending on the position requirements and operational requirements of the unit/division. The employer and the employee may agree on standard hours that vary from day to day, but agreements cannot set a higher standard working time: yes. The agreement must be written down and clearly state the agreed working hours. It must also stipulate that the agreement can be concluded by the employer or worker with a period of at least 2 weeks (or less if both agree). An example of individual flextime agreement is provided on the following link. The Flextime agreement is launched on an experimental basis and can be recruited at any time at the request of the employee or department head.
